How do I pin tiles to the Start Menu and Taskbar?

  Click on the start button.
Select an application from the alphabetical programs list and right-click on it.
A dropdown menu appears.
Click on ‘Pin to Start’.
A new tile is created in the Tiles area of the Start Menu.
To pin to the Taskbar, select the application to be pinned.
Right-click on the application and a dropdown menu appears.
With your pointer, hover over the word ‘More’ and another dropdown menu will appear.
Click on ‘Pin to taskbar’ and a new icon is placed on the taskbar.
