How Do I Copy Events in My Outlook Calendar?

Follow these steps to copy an event or appointment in your Outlook calendar:

  1. Click once on the event you want to copy.
  2. Press CTRL + C on the keyboard.
  3. Navigate in the calendar to the date you wish to copy the new event to.
  4. Press CTRL + V on the keyboard and a new copy of the event will appear.
  5. Drag the copied event to the desired time and date.

You can also quickly copy events as follows:

  1. Hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard.
  2. Right-click on the desired event and drag the mouse. A new copy will be created.
  3. Drag the copied event to the desired time and date.
